A PQF logo for full or partial qualifications may be placed on documents issued in Poland. Having a full qualification means that a given person has an appropriate level of general education, and in the case of diplomas confirming vocational qualifications – an appropriate level of general education and professional skills required for a given profession. However, having partial qualifications refers only to professional qualifications and skills.
In the case of a domestic or foreign document confirming the qualification, which includes information about the level of qualification set out in relation to the national qualifications framework of the given country or directly in relation to the European Qualifications Framework, it is easier to evaluate the candidate’s preparation for the job. It is worth noting that, in accordance with the principles of the system based on the qualifications framework, the level assigned to the qualifications is also associated with the assessment of skills of the qualification holder in relation to taking independent actions and being responsible for them.
